In the area west of Florence, on the hills that separate the lower Valdarno from the city, is situated the village of Torri, in the quiet of the Tuscan countryside characterized by olive groves and vineyards, producing the famous wine and olive, known all over the world . On the second floor there is a further room with fireplace, connected to three double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a terrace overlooking the main entrance and the garden.

Always entering the main door, on the right, you can access two large rooms, with exit to the garden, completely to be restored.
From the same entrance, through a third door with architrave dated 1885, you go down with a slide on the lower floor, which has an exit directly on the street, where an apartment has been created consisting of a kitchen, a bedroom with bathroom with tub, a storage room. There is also a cellar, and two further rooms used as a storage / laundry room. This part of the property also requires a thorough restructuring.

In the garden in front of the house there is a lemon house on two levels, of about 50 square meters. Also this building requires an important restructuring
